Put all ingredients, except spirits and coffee, in a brūlot bowl or a chafing dish. Moisten sugar cubes with a little water and mash into orange and lemon peels with a muddler or heavy spoon. Add warmed Grand Marnier and cognac and mix well. Place a small sugar cube in a ladle and add a tbsp. of cognac that has been warmed. Ignite and pour blazing into bowl.
